Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements, and no promotional codes are needed. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations, standard shipping rates will be quoted at checkout. INFANTCOVE reserves the right to modify or discontinue free shipping at any time without prior notice, but any changes will be reflected on our website before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing and Handling Time
Once your order is placed, it enters our processing queue. We require 0 to 2 business days to handle, pack, and prepare your shipment. Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on recognized U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day. “Business days” are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. During high-volume periods (such as holiday seasons or promotional events), handling may extend up to 2 business days. Transit Time and Delivery
After your order leaves our facility, the transit time is estimated at 3 to 6 business days. This window applies to standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are calculated from the date the carrier picks up the package and may vary based on the shipping destination, carrier capacity, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or peak shipping periods. INFANTCOVE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once the package has been handed over. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
INFANTCOVE takes care in packaging each item to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. For lost or missing packages, we will work with the carrier to initiate a trace. Claims must be filed within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We reserve the right to require a signature upon delivery for high-value orders. Free shipping does not cover packages that are refused at delivery or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer; in such cases, any return shipping costs or restocking fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
